Open Windows Explorer. Wherever you got it installed, then \AURAN\TS2010\UserData\ and select the \cache folder. Move that to a backup someplace just in case, then restart content manager and see if it rebuilds the cache.
Problem fixed itself. I had recently loaded a TransDem generated route with UTM objects, and was deleting/adding several variations via the Content Manager. Must have confused it somehow.
