Download station query.

Couple of items i was after are saying....serial number required ?

Does anybody know if these items are attainable ?.

The likely reason is that you are trying to download a TS2010 Multiplayer Beta item, or a TS12 item.

Tks.....i see it says 2009 service pack 4/2010.

I'm running 2009 but dont think i have downloaded any service packs.....would i need service packs 1 to 4 before this would work or would service pack 4 suffice on it's own ?.............Tks.

That indicates that that asset may require TS2010 with the Multiplayer Beta installed

To check this, make sure that you are running build 44653 for TS2009.

Installation of service pack 4 and the beta, and several discussions with the Auran Help Desk never resolved the problem for me.
