download station problems

i can import files but not download. i think the problem is an error code 10060, or an internet conection dropout. i have xp.
also, if you copy items to a notepad from veiw asset versions, anything on the dls will have missing dependenceis. hope i spelled that right.

i am running ts 2009 cmv2. ANY item i try to download has a pink bar across it and says unknown content error :'( :mop: :'( :mop: . i run windows xp service pack 3 and have the same problem with the ftp and it saying page cannot be displayed. third party content is fine though as thats what i've been going through for a couple months.
