Download Problems

I purchased TRS19 last night. Some of my content will not download. (See image). The window pops open when I start the game, but when I click on download, nothing happens. Have tried "Download All" and also tried Download individually.

It might not be at your end, brucem56 - it could simply be the authorisation servers playing up...
They have been working on this new system today.
Suggest exit gracefully from TRS2019 and then shut it down and restart.
Thanks for the screen grab of the new, expanded naming system for such package downloads.
First time I have seen this. Beats a long list of inscrutable names like sc345 (part 1), sc346, etc.

Nearly there - the naming issue is now fixed in our internal version - we’ve had to revert the change to avoid breaking the live version. Both naming and downloading will be fixed in our next update.

Ok, I've been trying this since last night. Several times and again this morning. Does that sound right? Seems odd that a bunch of the downloads worked then it stopped.


Also - they are not all named, there were plenty of scxxx labels still there as well as the named.

Just tried again now, a whole bunch of stuff is downloading. Not sure what it is because the list is now all scxxx names.

Yeah. They had to revert the changes. Good to hear that it is downloading now, though.

In TRS19 Content manager seems to be stuck at 28th August even though CM in TANE shows up 31st August.
Also TANE CM has shifted the Filter for Download Station to near the top of the listing.. Hurray!

By adding filter>Date installed....... 31st August the contents showed up in TRS19 content manager..
