download problem

I'm new and must be doing something wrong with ts2010EE. I used Download Manager to select an item <kuid2:37522:9994:2>, right clicked and selected "Download". It soon said I had downloaded that much today. But when I looked for it on my computer I could not find it, either with download manager or Windows Search function. What am I doing wrong?

If you don't have your CMP set to Automactic commit then you have to do it yourself.
First tick the open for edit butten,if it there then right click on the top asset go down to select all then push ctrl & M at the same time that will commit them.

Thanks Danny. I do have Automatic Commit selected. The rest of your response leaves me lost. There is nothing there to click on. The CM helper says I downloaded as much stuff as the asset I picked listed, but nothing is there. Do I need to download again? Again would be the third attempt.
