Downlaod Llink Does Not Work

I have just ordered the digital download for TRS 12, and while the serial number appears in the email, as well as the download links, clicking on any of those links that say 'setup', setup1, setup 1b etc, I just get the security blip and the optioins thing at the top of the the email, and then all I get is 'copyright google 2013... is there a broken link in the email that I have just got with the setup links and that in it. I had no such trouble with the Duchess package, but this time, clicking on the same setup links for digital downloads, (a list of about six of them in the email, will not let me downlaod them even after I have eliminated the warning thing that comes up with the cross in the top right hand corner...Where to now?... I am not sure if the download link is in Simulator Central or not, but i seem to remember that the Duchess package was dead easy.... I have the serial number all ready to put into planet auran once I get the digital download open to install. I am still awaiting the serial number for TRS 10EE.... any idea when that is due to come in my inbox?...

My 10ee serial number was on the back of my manual that came with the box!

Any issues of that type are best handled by Helpdesk (esp. for serial number issues), however I'd be interested to hear what security warning appeared.

This sounds like your browser is blocking the email content from Simulator Central. Go into your security settings to allow messages from this host. If not it's Gmail doing this and cleansing the message. If this is the case, go into your Gmail security settings (if there are any), and allow messages and content from Simulator Central.

You can also log into your account on SimCentral and click on "My Downloads", this will bring up all your available purchased downloads.
