The things people do!! I think your 'bet' idea is nearer the mark, her body language looks far too calm and collected for person bent on suicide. However I am no psychiatrist,so who knows?

Perhaps she was just bored? If it was a steam locomotive that ran over her (although I kind of question whether Israel still has any even) the engineer could've at least made use of the blowdown valve. I do most despise people who do such things...
