T2006. Route creation. How can I change the direction of tavel of my trains
on twin-track rails in order to give one up-line and one down-line track?
The Manual does not appear to cover this but Screen Tips show a Tab that I do not have. Direction - as far as I can tell - is determined by the laying of the rails - either forward or back. Have I missed something?

Read the bloody manual, it's written in English.

You just go to prove how bad the English education system has become.
When I left school in 1969, at least I could read. :n:

As Ron has suggested, please register your copy of the game. After you have done that an icon will appear next to your user name, and you will receive much more help with your question. Thanks.

hey donjoint, in surveyor, click the rails tab.

then where the track symbol is selected, click the 3rd circle to the right, should say markers.

there is a marker that is either red or yellow, andsays track marker. it is an arrow that will point in the direction you want AI trains to drive. makle sure you follow all your tracks, or in driver, many trains will get stuck

Gotta love the Forum Police

We sure do - there is nothing wrong with making sure we do not feed the pirates is there - if nothing else it helps us know about what version of trainz we are giving advice on.

I would have used the word police but when a member warned me that if I ever mentiond the word police again in the forums I was going to banned for life I best not.

Meh, many users will advise newcomers to register their serial number if they have'nt already done so; I am even guilty of doing so. I guess members just feel better helping someone who has registered their copy of Trainz because then they can see proof that that member is not using a pirated copy of Trainz.

Retro.

Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum

Actually I do it for two reasons - number one I'm not interested in helping a pirate, number two it's irritating to go thru 8 days of back and forth only to find that the reason for his problem is the crack warez website he downloaded the game from didn't include all the files. If the guy has a "station stop" gizmo at the top, you can at least be sure he has a full uncorrupted copy of the game available to reinstall if needed.

how could that possibly help, Papa Bear?

It will help by allowing the OP to receive more answers. As it has been pointed out, many do not want to help those that have pirated the game, myself included. It's such a simple task to register the game, it's fairly obvious when a forum user won't, I mean... can't. Here's hoping the OP does get his problems sorted, and his game registered.

Geewz ed I think your'e being very nice to them. The only reason I wrote is because you did, so I'm answering you. By the way, who is that person behind the train in your sig? Not you I hope?.
