Not sure what information you want. Slips can be a bit fiddly to make but otherwise they are just like normal points just very close together.

try andi06's junction kit. however you need SP1 HF4 for 1/3 due to a bug in earlier versions (others need build 3.5). a double slip is included in Pack 3, the only one that need SP1 HF4.

You don't NEED any specific track

You can do it on any track, for any length and for any number of tracks...

I quite like them...
