Does anyone know when Trainz 2009 will ship?

I placed my order online on the 22nd of November, apart from being told that the Beta was closed (something which they omitted to say on the site when I ordered) there was no mention of a release date. Will it arrive in time for Xmas? (I ordered the CD) Can anyone help?
