Does anyone know of some good vehicles I could get besides the HP cars? I see them all the time in videos but can never seem to find them on the download station.

If you are looking for cars that are ordinary objects, (not track objects for a region), I suggest you search TANE or the DLS forjcar made by hirochi.Most (but not all) are Japanese models but there are European and North American models also. They are high-quality.
