Do you Like it?

Well, this project was to see if I could model the West Side scenery. I really liked the way it came out, after you all helped me. So I decided to make a real route with it, but I did not want to spend to much time on it, as I wanted to work on the real route I will model of the WSLC. So I am only modeling a few meters away from the track. The route is kinda like a table top layout.

You mentioned track with sleepers and no ballast, be aware that that type of track is a frame rate killer unless you can find some new stitched LOD track that TS2009 or TS2010 can use.

I know I know. I am using a rod engine on the WSL co. Ah well. Its hard to get away from my love of inside frame NG locos. So here my views of it.


The last pic scared me and I acedently hit the prntscreen button. Went back and looked and was like"oh he had invisible track there on purpose"

PS: The town is not a town it is a logging camp......

Edit: Do you have any suggestions, ideas or problems with the map?

A well that makes more sense. As to Ideas? I think just keep goin with what you got and that will work!

PS: While running the C-16 (didnt check with the shay) I noticed that on the tracks the engine's wheel flanges are mabie an inch to a half inch away from the inside of the rail. Just though Id say somethin/

I have had the problem to with some locomotives, but this is the only track I have found that I like in the route and its only on some locos that you can see it on.
