Could you please make the [ Blue ] light that they put on the front of a loco
in the UP yards at Bailey yard which means [ Do Not Move ]

As far as I know there are only a derail, and a STOP blue flag sign, track object ... which can be easily run over ... just like on the prototype.

On the prototype, there are hanging blue lights, and actual signs for use inside and outside of a cab.

A Blue Light / Blue flag is placed @ 50 foot prior to a consist, or just past a switch, as a track object, to warn not to couple up un that track.
