It's ok here, I just downloaded an updated asset.

ok all is working but when I drag and drop a object to download it just turns red and won't download

I would presume that the object you are trying to download, must be for TS12 SP1 & you haven't upgraded to SP1.
If this is not the case, providing some kuid numbers would enable someone with TS12 to give more assistance, I only
have TS2010, so my help is limited.
