DLS Trouble

Is anyone else having trouble with the Download Station saying you've already downloaded your 100 MB limit for the day after downloading a single item which is significantly less than 100 MB?

This has been happening to me for the past couple of days. I looked on the announcements forum and there was an announcement from Jan 9 about the DLS being down.

Just wondering if this is the same issue or a different one.

Are you downloading routes? If so, the route size doesn't include dependencies that have been placed on the route that are on the DLS which would have the effect of making the download larger.

No it wasn't a route. It was a single item with no dependencies. The download was complete in less than 1 minute.

If it were a route and took an hour I'd think all was OK, but this is just very strange.

Yeah, its happening to me.
Its a shame this system is so crap. Trainz is a really nice piece of kit and this CMP really brings it down in a bad way. I don't use the CMP very often, and every time I have, since I got the game, it has had a bad problem.
