DLS Problem?

Hello From Me,
When I try to download an item on the dls ( in trs 2004 mode ) I get a message which says "dispatcher directory caching has been disabled.You may have to reinstall trainz"..Is this a dls problem or is it at my end??...I have reinstalled trs 2004 but the message still appears.The download appears to go ahead but nothing appears in dispatcher.
I also have trs 2006 and ts 2009.Browser is firefox.

Everything seems to be ok now .It appears it was my fault (AGAIN) as some login fields were not filled out correctly. They seem to change themselves on their own accord without me fiddling with them at all..
