DLS helper links

I click on download helper link on the dls fpr different items and the cm does not respond to bring it up in the download helper window. Is there a way to get it working again?

You need to associate .cdp extensions with Content Manager. Once a CDP is downloaded, it will be opened automatically with the program.

how do I do that as I have used trainz protocol changer 2 times.
