DLS Hardly Ever Working?

Since installing TS12 my DLS hardly ever downloads anything?
Anyone else have this problem?
I also now have loads of Assets name of ????? 1 or ?????? 2 etc.
Is it safe to delete these?

frattenstation: I can't speak for TS12, but I can speak for 2009 with SP4 and I can't download anything either..I don't know what the problem is, but if it continues I'm going have to send a ticket to the Helpdesk..to me I don't really think it should be a our problem to solve..

TS12 is downloading fine here. I did have to set CM to run as admin though as it wasn't logging in, seemed to go a bit odd after a Windows update I had a couple of days ago, probably coincidence though.

You were right.
I have changed CM to run as Administrator and its downloading just fine at the moment!

do you need a FCT? if so do you have one!? because that may be the problem.
