DLS doesn't see my activated 1st class ticket

does it take a little while for it to see it or is something amiss? It used to see it right off

There have been several threads on this.

Are you certain that the credit card transaction went through, and that there is a FCT ticket showing in your account at Planet Auran ?

Did you clear out your CM download wish list ?

Did you click activate ticket at Planet Auran ?

If it has been over 24 hours (weekdays) I would only then be concerned, as it sometimes takes upwards of 24 hours (mine activated in seconds, but then again I did not use PayPal).

yes, transaction went thru, ticket is showing, clicked activate, cleaned the download helper. is sunday night, so you may be right and it will take a little while

Change your Planet Auran password, log out, log back in, change it back if you wish, then start up CMP again. Your FCT ticket will be active immediately.
