DLC's transferring from one version of Trainz to another

If I buy or have bought DLC's, routes or payware from store.trainzportal.com for Trainz 2019, will they be usable in 22 when it is released or will I have to buy it all again?

Any asset, including DLC content, will work with the version it was made for and will work in future version. You just can't go backwards. So if you have TANE or TRS19 stuff, it will work with TRS22 and beyond.
