Disappearing Track IN TANE SP2 HF1

So, I don't have a problem with this with default or dlc routes, Or routes i create from scratch, but when I modify a route that I DID NOT create, Tracks always disappear whenever I save. this disappearing tracks problem also appears when I attempt to merge a route that I did not make with a route that I am making. Is this a bug In TANE SP2 HF1 Only? Will it be fixed? IS there any way TO fix it manually?

See the HF1 release thread and TANE forum, disappearing track is a known problem, doesn't seem to affect everyone.
