disappearing/reapperaing track (images warning)

Good day all, I have a question...an issue rather. I am using track "JR Dk Grey Dirty,<kuid2:45324:38024:3>" and am having a problem with it dropping out, I am not sure if this is a LOD issue or a memory issue? I've always assumed when it happened on my older machine that memory, or lack thereof was the problem. It is still happening on my new machine. System specs are;
Core i5 6500 (4 x 3.6GHz)
16GB DDR4
Geforce GTX970 4GB
Windows 10 pro
dedicated SSD's for both Trainz and o.s.
Trainz 2012, video settings below

as I move closer it "draws" back in.

This is TS12?

If it is, it's due to a graphics load issue which plagued TS12 since SP1.

I use the same track in T:ANE without this issue, but it used to happen all the time in TS12.

I've noticed the same thing in TS12, using a different track. Just one of the quirks of the program.

To reassure yourself that the track is there (just not showing on screen), look directly down at the missing segment of track instead of at an angle. For some reason, it always shows up when you're looking straight down.

The only way I have found to limit this is to make a smaller route with less assets for the program to render.
