Direct Download Problem

Hello I'm Sean and New to the forums and I purchased trainz classic 1 & 2 but it never downloaded to my desktop. Whats wrong?

Did you receive an E Mail from N3V? Check your spam folder.

Try logging into the Auran homepage and look uder order history. Aside from the e-mails, they may be there.

Also, your order will likely contain your serial number. Just copy and paste that into the registration page (Serial Number page) and you will be officially registered. You can then paste the serial number right into the installer while installing the game. A lot of people get caught up in typos when installing and this eliminates that problem.
