Stunning 1-board route, Zsuda. I wonder how those ocean-going ships get to the sea though.

didn't you get the brochure from coutumariee and msgsapper, the owners of those cargo ships ? .. the ships are not going anywhere ..
.. the owners have create it to huge local and touristic multifunctional attractions, with hotels, restaurants, bars, cinema, theater, shops, cultural meeting places (music & dance) and even a technic museum in the engine room .. there is also a plan to create a diving resort ..
they are still waiting for approval of n3v ..

Ah so. I missed those brochures, but I've heard of cruising companies using their ships like that. This makes sense especially if their power plant isn't up to snuff any more, or runs on coal and the like.
