Added environmental slider for SpeedTree wind

This ought to make the world less nerve racking when in Driver or Surveyor. Before it was like being in the Great Plains during straight line winds after a tornado!

Added support for copy and paste of track

This is great too. We can now copy and paste yard tracks and other fancy junctions along with the rest of the baseboard content. George doesn't mention anything about roads, but I wonder if they'll copy and paste too.

I looked. I didn't see anything about making it clearer which layer is being edited in Surveyor, which seems to be an extremely urgent requirement. Maybe it's there and the wording isn't obvious (to me).

I think you should try a look in the main menu in surveyor, edit environment

I wish they brought the environment tab back I like that better then clicking in the main menu drop down list.

On the other note great job, this is like a mini expansion pack with lots of great new features added.

I trust this string is about the latest patch to TS1010. Good luck figuring out what is in it. I am still trying to figure out what features were added/changed in TS2009 SP3.
