Deleting 1)Archived content 2) DLS saved content ??

I want to be able to clean up some resources, and I was experimenting with archiving ,etc. Now I want to be able to clean up
1)Archived content 2) DLS saved content ??
How do I do that , must be a way , somewhere ,somehow! ?

And also , I did upload some later versions of assets up to DLS. They went all the way through the approval process. All my first versions have appeared and I noticed that I the icons turned from Local to DS when I went to DLS when I looked under Content Manager. Now, my latest versions seem to be getting downloads, but I don't see the DS icon set yet for them, rather I see the Local Icon. Since I have noticed under planetauron under MyContent that the new ones are still getting downloaded, and I even did manage to obsolete an old one, I think, I hope...Where are people finding them the new ones to download them?, I don't even get them listed at DLS yet and my friends can't seem to find them yet either!! So am wondering how people are managing to do that trick. I would like to be doing more testing and can't seem to yet. Anyone know where we can find assets that are approved , but yet not listed on DLS, but are somehow being downloaded?

If it's on your PC and it's not builtin it will show as local not DLS, DLS is only items you have not downloaded and are not in your local folder, which is where everything you create or install is kept.

Or put another way.
Those who haven't downloaded it will see it in Content Manager as being on the DLS, you won't as you already have it.

If you want to check if it's on the DLS use the Black pages or install a copy of Trainz with nothing added.

Edit: Just to confirm that you have 5 Multiplayer sessions on the DLS showing in my Content Manager.

I want to really only maybe one or two versions at the very most at any time of an asset.
and thanks for your quick reply.. Oh, I did try using an obsolete table, not sure if it did turn any of the icons for older assets to the obsolete state on any other machines , I know it did change it on mine to the obsolete state.

If you search for Location Local plus Obsolete True (use the + on the search box) you can safely delete all old versions, they will then only show as obsolete on the DLS not as local.

If when you update you do it via creating a new version, (right click Create a New Version) that will give it a kuid2 number and automatically obsolete previous versions, no need to put it in the config.

wow ,that sounds great. There are times when I want to do it both ways. I want the older working version up and deleted only when the beta version is ready to be used. Other times I do want the instant obsolete option ,via version control . Much appreciated info!
