In that case, I would suggest the following:
1. Note several of the built-in kuids that are in trouble;
2. Backup everything in your C:\Users\AppData\Local\N3V\TANE\... folder; the final folder name is a string of characters;
3. Uninstall and reinstall T:ANE; ensure that the built-in assets are okay;
4. Copy back in your packages you backed up.;
5. Rebuild the database and look for errors.
See if this fixes the problem. It seems like a major project, but it won't take that long (backing up is probably the most time consuming).
Another idea would be to create a CDP of your route and then, after reinstalling T:ANE, import just your route first to see what happens.
I know this seems to be a nuclear option, but I have been forced to do so a couple times, and have been happy with the results each time. I have ended up with a lot cleaner database, freed up from cumbersome orphaned assets downloaded with substandard DLS routes that I tried and immediately deleted.
