You could go to the content manager, setup a filter so that it shows only your content and sessions, select those you want to delete and then delete them.
Know that sessions dont eat or drink or cost anything. Especially during the development of a route you should just leave them there since surveyor will want to keep saving a default session anyway.
Be sure that you moved everything from the session layer to your route layer before going to delete all those sessions.
