No need to download anything, it's already built-in.
In Surveyor, left-click the "Edit Session" button on the top row. (Not "Edit Route", that's different).
Left-click "Time and Date Rule", then left-click the "Edit" button.
Change the time as desired, then click the green ticks to exit.
Run the session and test.
