Dash 8 Spartan cab problem

Hi guys, I've bought 4 C40-8 locos - CHW, UP, NS and CSX YN2. All seem to have a fault in common, namely that you cannot open the engineer's window. The other side opens, easily, but try as I might I can't get the engineer's side to open at all. Is this a bug?

This was an issue within the game itself pre-TS12 SP1. SP1 should fix this issue but if your not wanting to move to SP1 just yet, then unfortunately this will be how it is until that point.
