Custom multiplayer session

Hello,
I plan to buy TS12 and I have some questions:
Can I create my own new route and share it with my friends?
I found, that route with multiplayer session (and the same TRS build) is needed.
What is needed for creating? Only TS12 Surveyor and choose some new session type? Does exist some limitation for this route - for example only CDPs from default installation ?

yes, you can make your lay out but you will have to upload it to the down load station,,,,, and all tehbuilding cars, engines has to be build in no payware can be in your lay out

-All content must be BuiltIn or available for download on the DLS
-All player must have the same build of the Trainz version
-You can create your session as in the versions before MP, you need only to add the multiplayer rule (only available in TS 2010 MP open beta and TS 12)
-A good idea is to add the QuickDrive rule also.

But the important is the first: All together, route, session must be uploaded to the DLS and all content for both must be BuiltIn or on the DLS!
