Custom Hornsound Help

I've been trying to find out how to add a custom recorded hornsound into Trainz. All the youtube videos and forums tell me how to swap a hornsound to an existing hornsound already in trainz. But I don't know how to add a recorded hornsound into trainz itself. The sound file is mono.
I remember reading somewhere where you open content manager then file - New asset - choose the info for the asset... then what?

Does anyone else have a clue on how to do this? Just got more recordings, still unsure how to put them to Trainz. Any Help! Cheers.
