CSX Train ID's for Massachusetts

Does anyone have a list of CSX train ID's and times for Massachusetts? I'm starting to do a lot of railfanning and I'd like to know which trains I have been seeing and might see.

I dont remember where, when, or how i found it, but there is a website with a lot of ID's for the US. A quick google search should turn up a start.

I found that one.

But I also need a time schedule so I can get an idea of which train I see.

I dont think that information is released, after awhile you might be able to guessnwhen like a trash train goes by aat a certai time through watching, but radio is also a good option
