CSX & NS Train Numbers

Hey everybody :wave:

I was wondering, a lot of people call CSX & NS trains by there train numbers like NS H3A or CSX Q178. How do you find these train numbers and know when they run?

Thanks for the reply, I mostly get it now except for one question. Is the only way to know the time of day that CSX comes through by just noticing that they come through a certain area at a certain time on the days that they run? I also found one for NS. But what is weird is that there is a train that runs on the amtrak keystone corridor daily, it is NS H3A and I know that from a friend. But NS H3A isn't on the list.
