No, The website is probably there. The problem is the link was not formatted properly. Notice the 3 dots?

For example, These two "links" are totally different. One is properly formatted (the person actually right-clicked on it and copied the link address), but the second one was just the copied text. In the second one, the three dots are literally embedded into the link, cutting of part of the link, leading to a non-existent page.
