Creating and saving user-programmed routes

Hi,

I've been away from TRS for a while, and I can't remember how to create a string of trackmarks, then name and save the list as a named route that can be loaded for any train. I've looked through the big stack of notes that I compiled when I was actively using TRS06, but didn't find anything. I'd appreciate your help.
