Yep, it's an issue. You load 'Create Session' (or Edit Session), triple check that you are on the Session Layer, do
nothing that should affect the underlying route and you can't get out without re-saving the route AND session.
If you 'Save As' (as I prefer) then the route gets a new kuid and every other session is kaput.
Sometimes manually revising the map kuid in the other Sessions configs associates them with the new route save, but surprisingly often it doesn't.
If you 'Save' and overwrite then the route kuid remains unchanged and any/all other sessions will still associate with the new route save, but in my experience 'Save' is prone to crashing out and it's "Hello desktop, Goodbye everything!".
If I have multiple sessions I
never touch one of them without saving the current version of the route and and
all sessions to cdp beforehand. I shouldn't have to...
