Created a route in 2022 but can not upload to download station.

I posted this issue in the freeware forum; got 253 views but no answers, so I thought I try it here. I created a route in 2022 and was rejected from uploading to the download station because it was Version 5.1 and 5.0 or less is what is required. I do not understand how this route version was created. Started the route as any other I have done nothing unusual. I tried to change the version in the config file but if I save it it ends up 5.1 again. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this?

5.1 is TRS22 and and can't be uploaded until TRS22 has actually been released, it's still a pre release version at the moment, DLS will be updated when TRS22 is released.

As you have made the route in TRS22 it quite likely has dependencies that are higher versions than in TRS19 so the route may not work properly or have missing dependencies if you upload it, however you can try cloning the route editing the config to 5.0 then do not commit but import the cloned routes folder from the editing folder, that often solves the unable to update config issue.

It is unlikely you can revert to 5.0 as 5.1 has features in it that previous versions don't have. 5.1 is the beta version.
