You need to run your computer under an administrator account. Trainz needs to use certain files on your computer to run which are only available to someone who is running under an administrator account. If this is a parent, for example, then ask them to log you on to their user.

Well TS10 on Vista had a problem like this so i noticed it was auto save that was crashing TS10 so I turned auto save off

Intel graphics cards are not powerful enough for Trainz, and quite often do not have the required OpenGL support.
