Cover and Disk Art for Digital Version Trainz 2009

I have purchased the Digital (Download) Version of Trainz 2009 and would like to print the Cover and Disk Art to put on my disk. Where can I find a link for this?

Apart from this that I found but it's not the full cover nore the cd cover.
