Corrupted cdp files

I downloaded a route and a locomotive from British Trainz • View topic - Cargazing DEMO (british-trainz.co.uk) and British Trainz • View topic - Modern LRV (british-trainz.co.uk). When I tried to import them into TRS19 and Trainz A New Era, they both gave me an error saying that they're unable to open the CDP file. How do I fix them?

The first step would be to inform the creator, or the owner of the web site, of the problem.

Try downloading them again. There is no check digit in a .cdp file as there are in .zip or .7z files so you may have just got an incomplete file.

No, I think it's a corrupted file. I tried to repair it using CDP Explorer and TrainzKuidIndex but they both wouldn't work.

Did you try to download it again? When files travel across the internet they don't always arrive intact. zip files have a special way to let you know they have arrived safely as does .7zfiles. .CDP files will say they are complete but occasionally a bit gets dropped as it comes across the internet. There is no way to repair a file that is missing a bit you need to redownload it.

G'day folks
I thought British trains was a 'RAILWORKS' 3rd party site?
Hence all the trouble with the files

Please correct me if I'm wrong.....

This one has a "Z" as in British Trainz, and has Trainz content.
