Corrupt Files: HELP!

We recently bought Trainz 1, 2 & 3 combo. Trainz 1 & 2 are on one disc, loaded those first used it for a couple of days, all was well. Loaded Trainz 3, used it for a couple of days, all went well. Had trouble figuring out how to get steam, went to website and downloaded patches. Now we have corrupt files and it won't load. Freezes up the whole computer.

It's possible you should have applied the patches before opening trainz. TC1/2/3 I presume? Do a search on this forum, the answer will be around.

I thought Steam was download?

They have separate versions and I suspect patches.

The safest way is purchase and download from Auran.

You could delete everything in sight and do a reinstall.
