Cornish Mainline Scenario Issues

After having removed the Trainz installation and then reinstalling it, I find much of the items working, however several scenarios in the Cornish Mainline do not work still. Two in particular - the trip to Falmouth and the Cornish Mainline. What happens is the scenario loads in. The AI does some train movements which flag AI trains as having passed a signal at red. Before I can do anything the controls for my train are removed and later the screen fades to black. Later a display comes up stating I failed the scenario. Is anyone aware of any issues or can they tell me to fix this issue. It makes no sense, other than the AI red flags are being treated as my own.

I also tried the Falmouth Docks scenario. There were several AI trains flagged as passing red signals. The scenario ended with a mission fail shortly thereafter. I have now tried several other scenarios from this route, all ending the same very shortly after beginning. There is an AI passing the signal at danger notice and shortly afterwards the scenario ends in failure.
There are 2 consists that are causing this problem in all scenarios. Consist 14 and consist 4. Neither seems to have a locomotive.

OK I went into surveyor mode and watched consist 14 simply roll back off the end of the track causing a red flag. In fact if the scenario lasts long enough I get a warning of wagons derailing. I suspect 4 is doing the same thing. Is there any way to put the brakes on these 2 before they destroy the scenario? I suppose in worst case one could delete them as I am not even sure they play an active roll in any of the scenarios?

I have only tried 1 in TRS19 so far. Whilst it works, a goods service from Falmouth, it doesn't make sense as you're supposed to be following a passenger service. However it's behind you instead on in front! I suspect they got pulled into TRS19 from Tane, without checking all the hiccups that causes? If you can, you may need to edit them.

As a final update. I did uninstall everything and just loaded on the base game and Cornish Mainline. After one false start, I had 3 scenarios working. Albeit one loco starting with zero water and bp. I plan on testing it further before adding anything else. Game seems unstable with my system but it is enjoyable when it works.

Bear in mind the route uses resources at a furious rate. After editing it for a 'clean' version I realised (in Tane) that the baseboards are 5m not 10m squares. That I believe quadruples the memory usage regarding baseboards. So yes, you need lots of memory especially video memory!

I too had problems with the Falmouth branch. Passenger service in my case. I have successfully got to Falmouth but then held up before the passenger platform by a non existent red on the approach road. Penmere is also a problems station. If I sit at the platform waiting for the red to go green, I can be sitting there for centuries. But if I advance on the signal it turns green as I approach. This also happens at a previous station but not at others. Some work needed on the Cornish line I think. Maintenance time while we're all sleeping.

But if I advance on the signal it turns green as I approach. This also happens at a previous station but not at others.

This is NOT a fault. If you check the signal, it will likely say "waiting for train to approach." This is correct and designed to slow your train to a crawl for safety reasons. That said, yes the route and most routes now in TRS19 need fixing as it seems no one had time to check if importing them into TRS19 from earlier versions, screwed them up. Hopefully at some stage they will get fixed.

5 years on (2023) and it's still broken.

My solution was to make a dummy invisible signal. Make a copy of the original one, edit the config and change the KUID from :4 to :5, change kind "mosignal" to "mospeedboard", and then drag the folder into content manager. No more signal.

Still takes a painfully long time to load tho, much longer than other sessions. Makes me think there are other script issues.

Quite honestly I don't think it will ever be fixed. When the supposedly updated TS2019 version with buffalo grass planted all over the place including on the running lines was released I pointed out the many errors with signals and track alignment and was told that there hadn't been any time to do anything about that.
