I have had the great pleasure of demonstrating the succesive versions of Trainz at shows in various places .
My latest fun time was at the National (Thats Aus) Narrowgauge Convention here in Sydney.Convention is run by a portion of NMRA Australia
My computer worked well showing Puffing Billy and Darjeeling Himalaya to and interested crowd (including some very savy youngsters). Trainz 2009 in compat mode worked fine (some caching flicker but not unexpected as both these routes are high detail ) Kudos to all the people that worked on these two projects-- both real showpieces.

I took the stance that I was not selling at the convention so I was not a trader -- just a demonstrator/enthusiast.
this might be the way forward if we are to "show" the product .
