Content needed for TRAINZ Routes

We are recruiting high-quality content creators for scenery/structures.
As most of you know, we are working on some new routes for TRAINZ and updating old ones.
My NEC route from DC to Philly is approaching completion as is Tehachapi II.
Tehachapi II (T2) , the only holdup is the huge cement plant at Monolith, CA.
That HAS to be there, or the route just isn't correct.
We are looking for a high quality model of the plant, which will be 2009/2010/next compatible.
Once the cement plant is in, T2 can be released.
Remember, it is the Northwest portion of the SoCal route which includes Techachapi, Barstow out to Needles and down to San Bernadino.
When all 3 sections are merged, it is several hours to go from San Bernadino to either Bakersfield or Needles
All of the track is in on the DEM maps, it is just a matter of scenery.
Anyone interested in constructing the Monolith cement plant?
ALSO,
We are almost done with the NEC route from D.C. to Philadelphia. All of the track is in, and working on scenery. This will be a special release.
Needing the Philadelphia 30th st station, all tracks on lower level need to be passenger active, and 4 tracks on the top for the SEPTA line.
Is anyone out there willing to tackle this incredible piece of content?
If so, let me know, I can get you the routes in their present state so you can see where these items go and how they will work.
Once these major pieces of content are in, there will be other smaller items that will be used.
PLUS- for general routes, we need undergrowth splines that WORK IN 2009/2010 native mode! There are a few working grass splines out there, but we need bushes!!!
