Content Manager Won't Work

Hi.
Yesterday, I got Trainz 2010. (I've had it before, but I recently got a new computer and got Trainz for it.) Because when I first purchased it the game build was 43434, I had to get some patches, 43434 to 44088 and 44088 to 49933. The first one worked fine, but the second one was unable to backup a file. Ever since I installed Trainz on my new computer, Content Manager says this whenever I try to start it.

The procedure entry point ?GetAverageColor@AsciiTextureResource@Jet@@UBA?AVColor@2@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library RenderSystem_7c.dll.

I'm wondering if maybe something is wrong with the Trainz files I have and this is also the reason that patch didn't work.

Here's your hint:

RenderSystem_7c.dll.

Ensure that you have DirectX9c loaded. This should help.

If you register your copy of Trainz TS2010, you'll also receive more support and you'll be able to download the patches from the patch server.

With TS2010, you have to wait some time for the patch to complete and this can take some time! Ensure that nothing is running and do not touch your computer while this runs. I patched while I went to bed to ensure the patch completed without interruption.

I installed DirectX9c and closed everything and didn't touch my computer for the patching, (I have a pretty fast computer so it only took a few minutes) and it worked this time.

Content Manager works now too. I guess the patch fixed it.

Also, I do have Trainz 2010 registered, but on my dad's account.
