Content Manager Won't Start

Hello all. I have researched the forums and Google to find a solution to my problem, but to no avail. Content Manager for Trainz 2006 will not start, no messages, nothing. I have reinstalled Trainz already and it still will not boot. I cannot even open a Content Dispatcher Pack and also even tried running it from the startup menu of Trainz and directly from the file folder. Any solution to this problem?

Oh lol sry I forgot about details:hehe: This is a fresh install onto a Windows 7 Home Edition machine on a Dell Dimension 4700. It has worked perfectly on Windows XP SP3 on the same machine, but now that Windows 7 is installed, it doesn't seem to want to boot.

Two important things:

1.Make sure you are running Trainz as an administrator (this is important if you have installed Trainz in Program Files or similar)
2.Make sure you have up-to date graphics/DirectX files.

Thank you guys for all your help. I have followed all of your recommendations on what to do, but still no dice. Are you sure there is nothing else that may be wrong?

2006 CMP requires a robust Open GL installation. Usually these drivers come with graphics drivers updates, how old are your drivers?

Are you running Window Blinds or another skinning program? If so, you'll need to exclude Content Manager and all the Trainz executables from all skinning.

I re-installed my system and TS12 yesterday, and had a few minutes of frustration before I remembered that.
