Content manager wont download anything?

Hello,

I have a problem with content manager, when i put items i nthe queue to be downloaded they will only have question marks next to them. Is there a solution to it not downloading anything? Im running the most updated version of 2010 and have windows 8

I've had that problem at times. Most times it means that a path to the asset can't be found. I've just tried seeting up a queue myself in 2 versions of 2009. All showed as available except for build numbers higher than 3.1. Have you tried looking on the DLS Black Pages for just one the assets you're trying to download? If it's there and for 2009 SP4/2010 or lower you should be able to press Download helper and it show up in the CM queue with or without a question mark. Press Start and download should start. Hope this helps.
