Content Manager Question

I found a few engines I wanted in the download station. I downloaded them into my content manager. I am wondering why some of the things I downloaded show up in Trainz and others, although the item description appears, no image shows up and I can't select them to use. Im sure there is a simple explanation.

locate those items in content manager and make sure they are not missing any dependencies or are not faulty. This issue will cause them to not show up/be usable in trainz.

The items that are not showing up are probably missing some dependencies or may be faulty in some way. Content Manager will help you to identify these as faulty items will have a small triangle with an exclamation mark alongside them or those with missing dependencies will have a yellow cloud shaped icon with a question mark in it. In content manager you will need to right click on the problem items and choose 'View errors and warnings' to see a list of the problems or if its a missing dependency problem then right click and choose 'View dependencies'. Any dependencies that you need that are on the Download Station will be shown in the list with a 'DLS' icon alongside them so you will need to go back to the Download Station and get those assets, or some may have a grey icon with a question mark in it which means that content manager doesn't know where those dependencies are (because they may be on a third party web site)

Do either of the above actions and post back with what you find as there is always someone here to help you out

Ok, most of them do have dependancies. I even clicked on View Dependancies. I just wasnt sure what to do with that information. I will try that.

If you click on and drag the items that are missing dependencies back into the Download Helper pane of Content Manager and click 'Start' the bits that are missing should be downloaded if they are on the DLS

Another way is,
After you click on view dependancies, select view in main list. Any with DS to the left of them r/click and select download.
