Content Manager Problems

Today, I went and opened content manager to install SI3D's IOS route. Upon opening it, it told me that it could not connect to Planet Auran, and told me to check my firewall. I'm having the issue on my Dell Windows 7 PC. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this, it works when I have this problem. Start Trainz (I don't know which version you have, I have TS12), select options.
Select the Planet Auran tab, delete your user name and password. Click on OK and exit Trainz. Restart Trainz and go to options,
>Planet Auran and re-enter your user name and password. Click OK and see if you've cured the problem. If it doesn't then you
could have a temporary fault with your internet. Good luck.
